The Cursed Thread – Asylum Inhabitants
Character design exploration for The Cursed Thread, a psychological horror project I've been working on, set within the decaying Inner Gate Asylum. These are side characters - patients with criminal past, doctors, nurses, orderlies, and security guards. Each shaped by the institution’s oppressive atmosphere and their own buried karmic weight. Their appearances blur the boundary between caretaker and captive, sanity and madness.
Since this is an ongoing project, the main characters will be revealed over time as the story and visuals continue to develop. Cheers!
